Our vegan meats, or seitans, are made from scratch in small batches from a combination of high protein flour, beans, and spices. Our savory deli roasts are crafted to deliver flavors and textures similar to the deli meats of your childhood without exploiting your health, the earth's animals, and the environment.
Vegan Cheese
Our fresh vegan cheese comes in blocks or sliced, in a variety of flavors. Delicious sliced or melted - yes they melt and brown!
Sandwiches
Using our vegan meats and cheese, our chef has created a 100% plant based sandwich menu available for anyone to enjoy; at the market or on the go.
Grab & Go - Ready to Eat
We offer a small selection of dishes meant to serve 2-4 people. These include our soon to be famous vegan mac & cheese, fresh seasonal soups, and supplies to ease your home cooking like our stir fry kits.
Dips and Sauces
Our kitchen is hard at work creating delicious dips and sauces you can enjoy at home or in your own cooking. Everything from nostalgic favorites such as our vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip to international delights like Muhammara are offered by the pound. Grab a little bit for one or enough to feed a crowd.
Salads
Traditional deli salads get a new twist in our vegan tuna (or tu-no), sunny broccoli salad, and chicken salad. These lighter versions of familiar deli fare are sure to excite your palette. All available by the pound.
Groceries
We have a select grocery shelf of some favorite vegan brands including Rancho Gordo, McDougall, Bob’s Red Mill, and Bragg. We also love to partner with local companies like Chickpea Chicks and Foodies.
Sweets
Our desserts range from everyone’s favorite gluten free/allergy friendly bakery, Chubby Bunny, to Mama Lynne’s creamy vegan chocolate fudge, with a few other sweets being made in house. And don't forget to grab a Go Max Go vegan candy bar when checking out!
